If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.

Payment Information

During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.

Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.

Border Policy

The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.

If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.

Insurance and Coverage

The vehicle you rented is insured under the mandatory traffic insurance provided by the car rental company. You can review the insurance coverage details, including any applicable damage waivers, in the rental agreement provided to you. If you prefer, you may also ask the rental company's representative for further information at the time of pickup.

In the event of an accident, it is essential to prepare all necessary documents (such as an accident report, alcohol test report, and details of the other party involved) to ensure the process proceeds smoothly. Please note that without these documents, the claim process cannot proceed, and repairs cannot be initiated based solely on the driver’s statement.

Guests seeking additional coverage can obtain information about optional protection packages from the rental company and easily choose the level of protection that best suits their needs.

Important Information

• A service fee of 25% is charged for the collection of traffic fines.

• For the usage of HGS/OGS (electronic toll collection systems), the usage amount is subject to an 18% VAT and a 12% service fee.

• The rented vehicle should be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee will be charged for vehicles that are not returned in a clean state.

• Only the individuals mentioned in the rental agreement and delivery form are allowed to drive the rented vehicle. No insurance coverage is applicable for any damages caused by unauthorized third-party drivers.

• In the event of any damage, it is necessary to notify the traffic police or gendarmerie and obtain an accident report and an alcohol report without moving the vehicle from the accident scene, in order for the insurance to be valid.

• In case of theft, it is necessary to report to the police and obtain a theft detection report. Along with the report, the vehicle's key should be returned to us.

• During the rental process, your credit rating will be checked and evaluated through the Findeks application by accessing your credit information from the Credit Registration Bureau.

Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the TUR MOTORLU ARAÇLAR İNŞ. GIDA SAN. VE TİC LTD. ŞTİ. company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.

Fuel Policy

When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
