When picking up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license, and a credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.

If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.
During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.
Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.
The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.
If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.
The vehicle you rented is insured under the mandatory traffic insurance provided by the car rental company. You can review the insurance coverage details, including any applicable damage waivers, in the rental agreement provided to you. If you prefer, you may also ask the rental company's representative for further information at the time of pickup.
In the event of an accident, it is essential to prepare all necessary documents (such as an accident report, alcohol test report, and details of the other party involved) to ensure the process proceeds smoothly. Please note that without these documents, the claim process cannot proceed, and repairs cannot be initiated based solely on the driver’s statement.

Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. In cases of cigarette ash, cigarette burns, sand, animal hair, stains on the seats, etc., a vehicle detailing fee or an ozone cleaning fee of 900 TL will be charged.Our vehicles are delivered to customers clean and must be returned clean. In cases of possible dirtiness, a vehicle washing fee of 220 TL may be charged to the customer.
Only the persons listed on the delivery form are allowed to drive the rented vehicle. Insurance coverage is not valid for any damages that occur if the vehicle is driven by individuals not listed in the contract, and the renter will be held responsible.
In the event of an accident, it is mandatory to have the police report the incident without moving the vehicle from its location.
Findeks: The established criteria are as follows; the rental process will continue if the renter and additional drivers have a positive Findeks evaluation. Otherwise, they cannot proceed with the rental. The minimum score criterion is 1500, and there should be no multiple overdue payments in the inquiry. The available limit should be 75,000 TL.
A Damage Tracking Fee of 1500 TL + VAT will be charged regardless of the damage in case of damage. Customers with damage tracking fee exemption are exempt from this fee.
For vehicle deliveries and returns that occur outside of office hours, an After Hours Delivery / After Hours Return fee will be charged.
When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
