• Is the transfer price per person or per vehicle?

  With Yolcu360, airport transfer pricing is calculated per vehicle, not per person. This provides a massive cost advantage, especially for large families and groups of friends. For example, if you book a 6-passenger premium minivan, the total transfer fee remains exactly the same whether you are traveling alone or with a full group of 6 people.

• What is included in the transfer price? Are fuel and toll fees included?

  Yolcu360’s transfer and chauffeur-driven car rental services are priced based on transparent criteria. The service fee you pay includes fuel costs and the professional driver's service.

  However, depending on your region, certain premium bridge and highway toll fees are not included in the base price. These costs, which depend entirely on your specific route, are added at the end of the journey and the final amount is determined by the route taken.

  Examples of extra tolls that may be charged additionally:

  • Premium underwater tunnels (e.g., Eurasia Tunnel)
  • Special suspension bridges (e.g., Bosphorus Bridges, 1915 Çanakkale Bridge)
  • Express intercity toll highways (e.g., Northern Marmara Highway or specific intercity expressways)

  Note: If you share your travel plan with us before your journey, we can provide you with an estimate of any potential premium toll or bridge costs based on your route. This allows you to plan your total travel budget more accurately.

• What is the difference between chauffeur-driven car rental and transfer?

  The main factor separating these two frequently confused transportation options is the freedom of use and time management:

  • Airport transfer service: Picks you up from your current location and takes you directly to a single destination. It is a point A to point B transportation model, mostly offered for airport, hotel, or home routes.
  • Chauffeur-driven car rental: The vehicle and a private driver are entirely allocated to you for a specific day or time slot. During this time, you can change your route instantly, stop at multiple locations, and ask your driver to wait for you.

• How long will the driver wait if I am late due to delays or other reasons?

  For Yolcu360 transfer services, specific free waiting times are defined, taking into account post-flight procedures or possible delays in your daily plans.

  • Pick-ups from the airport: You have a free waiting period of 60 minutes (1 hour) starting from the moment your plane lands. This gives you plenty of time to comfortably complete baggage claim and passport control.
  • Pick-ups from city addresses: For transfers starting from a home, office, hotel, or any other specified address, the free waiting time is 15 minutes.

  Important warning: If you do not reach the vehicle or communicate with the driver within the specified waiting times, the reservation will be canceled as per our operational procedures, and no refund can be issued. If you anticipate a delay, we highly recommend contacting Yolcu360 Customer Service as soon as possible to ensure your service continues smoothly.

• Will my transfer be canceled if my flight is delayed?

  No, your transfer will not be canceled. The "Flight Number" (e.g., TK1920 or BA123) we request from you during the reservation is exactly for these situations. Our operation center and the driver coming to meet you will track your plane's landing time via our system. Your driver will wait for you for delays up to 1 hour. For longer delays, please contact our customer specialists for support.

• Where will the driver meet me at the airport, and how long will they wait?

  Once your plane lands, the transfer process proceeds comfortably and as planned. The process generally consists of the following steps:

  • Meeting point: You will be greeted at the airport passenger exit gate or at the airport's official meeting area by a Yolcu360 representative or a driver holding a sign with your name on it. Meeting instructions and necessary details are also sent to you via SMS/Email.
  • Free waiting time: Your driver will wait for you free of charge for a specific period so you can comfortably complete procedures like baggage claim and passport control. This period is generally up to 45 minutes for domestic flights and up to 60 minutes for international flights.

  If you experience any unexpected delays, we advise you to contact Yolcu360 Customer Service or your driver as soon as possible to ensure your transfer proceeds smoothly.

• How many passengers do the transfer vehicles hold?

  Yolcu360 offers a wide range of vehicle options to suit different passenger numbers and luggage needs. Depending on your travel plan, you can choose from the following vehicle types:

  • 1 - 3 passengers (individual travels): Standard or premium sedan vehicles are ideal for business trips and personal transfers.
  • 1 - 7 passengers (families and small groups): VIP minivans (such as the Mercedes-Benz V-Class/Vito) standing out with their spacious interiors and high comfort levels are a perfect choice.
  • 8 - 16 passengers (medium-sized groups): VIP minibuses with large luggage capacities (like the Mercedes Sprinter) can be used for large families, corporate teams, and private events.
  • Large groups and tours: Luxury coaches with a capacity of up to 46 passengers can be provided for weddings, congresses, company events, and mass transfer needs.

• How far in advance should the transfer be booked?
