If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.

Payment Information

During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.

Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.

Border Policy

The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.

If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.

Insurance and Coverage

The vehicle you rent is protected against collisions, hits, theft, and theft attempts. Damages that could be given to third parties are also covered within the limits of traffic insurance. In our insurance conditions, there is a damage exemption. The vehicles have rent a car insurance. In case of any damage, 2% of the rental car's insurance value is reflected to the renter. In this case, the mini damage insurance covers 1% of this amount in the packages taken, and the super mini damage insurance covers the entire 2% exemption fee. Furthermore, the rent a car insurance in Myfleet rent a car vehicles does not cover even if LCF (Tire, Glass, Headlight) Insurance packages are purchased. However, damages that have not been properly recorded (accident detection report, alcohol report, documents of parties involved in the accident, etc.) are strictly owned by the user. In case of unrecorded damages, the damage repair process is definitely not done with the driver's statement.

Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the Myfleet Rent a Car company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.

Fuel Policy

When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
