When picking up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license, and a credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.

If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.
During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.
Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.
The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.
If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.
The vehicle you rented is insured under the mandatory traffic insurance provided by the car rental company. You can review the insurance coverage details, including any applicable damage waivers, in the rental agreement provided to you. If you prefer, you may also ask the rental company's representative for further information at the time of pickup.
In the event of an accident, it is essential to prepare all necessary documents (such as an accident report, alcohol test report, and details of the other party involved) to ensure the process proceeds smoothly. Please note that without these documents, the claim process cannot proceed, and repairs cannot be initiated based solely on the driver’s statement.
Guests seeking additional coverage can obtain information about optional protection packages from the rental company and easily choose the level of protection that best suits their needs.
When going to pick up the vehicle, the company will perform a credit bureau (Findeks) inquiry.
According to the scope of KVKK, we would like to remind you that Yolcu360 has no responsibility regarding the Findeks process.At all airport offices of the Interia company, a boarding pass must be presented at the time of vehicle handover. Otherwise, the vehicle may not be provided.
If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed return date; the refund amount does not cover the total rental period. The fee for the days the vehicle was used by the guest is subtracted from the total rental fee, and the fee for the unused days is refunded. This fee is calculated based on the vehicle rental fee at that particular date.
Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the İNTERİA company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.
When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
