When picking up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license, and a credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.

If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.

Payment Information

During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.

Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.

Border Policy

The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.

If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.

According to the scope of KVKK, we would like to remind you that Yolcu360 has no responsibility regarding the Findeks process.

Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the Finalrentals company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car. Cross border travel is allowed to the following countries:

Croatia,  Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo for an additional charge based on rental days.

1-7 days                         50 Euro

7-14 days                      80 Euro

14-28 days                     100 Euro     

Additionally, it is mandatory to purchase SCDW insurance and Green Card insurance from the counter, pricing varies from 12 EUR to 35 EUR per day for SCDW depending on the vehicle category plus 40 EUR Extra will be charged for Green Card insurance. 

When travel is permitted outside the renting country it is the responsibility of the renter to make sure their vehicle complies with the local laws of the country in which you are travelling, this includes but is not limited to safety equipment, cross border documents, toll stickers, etc.

Taking the rental vehicle on a Ferry is not allowed.

Note: It is not allowed to travel to Bulgaria and Serbia.

Fuel Policy

When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
