When picking up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license, and a credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.

If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.
During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.
Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.
The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.
If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.
The customer’s liability for damages, crashes, theft, and theft attempts is limited according to the excess of the selected car category. All the exceptions and exclusions will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the EASYCARHIRE company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car. There are local insurances for purchase, to reduce excess/deposit which the representative of the EASYCARHIRE company will be happy to show you.
Full rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the EASYCARHIRE company or written upon the rental agreement, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car or ask any question to the representative of the EASYCARHIRE company.

Any OOH booking between 7:30 to 7:59 (up to half hour before station opening time) and between 22:01 to 23:30 (up to one and half hour after station closing time) in Trapani Station will require the OOH fee of € 61,00.
When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
When you pick up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license and credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.
