• What should I pay attention to when renting a car at the airport?

  To ensure a smooth process and save time when picking up your vehicle at the airport, it is crucial to pay attention to the following details:

  • Provide Your Flight Number: Entering your flight number into the system during booking ensures the rental company stays informed of any potential flight delays.
  • Verify the Pick-Up Location: Always check your booking voucher to see if the rental desk is located directly inside the terminal (Domestic/International Arrivals), or if the handover involves a free terminal "shuttle" to an off-site lot, or a "Meet & Greet" service.
  • Documents and Credit Card: To collect the vehicle, the main driver must present a physical credit card issued in their own name with sufficient funds (for the security deposit/pre-authorization block), a valid driver's license, and an official ID (or passport).

• What happens to my airport car rental if my flight is delayed?

  If your flight experiences a delay, having provided your flight number during the booking process becomes incredibly important.
