When picking up the vehicle, you must have your ID, driver's license, and a credit card issued in your name to collect the deposit fee.
Your driver's license and ID must be chip-enabled and recent. If these documents are old, they are expected to be undamaged and legible. I
If your rental is in a country outside of Turkey, you may be required to present an international driver's license in order to pick up the vehicle. This requirement may vary depending on the country of rental. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend confirming the international driver's license requirement before picking up your vehicle.
During your online reservation, you can use any bank or credit card. If your booking includes additional products, these fees will be collected at the office. A credit card issued in your name is required for the deposit. Some suppliers may require two credit cards for certain vehicle categories.
Please note: For rentals outside Turkey, if you purchase any additional services at pick-up (e.g. insurance or vehicle upgrade), airport taxes and local fees will be recalculated and added to the total amount. Therefore, please be aware that selecting extra services may result in additional charges.
The scope of your cross-border travels with your rental car may vary depending on the supplier company, but the majority of suppliers do not allow you to take the rental car out of the country. You can review the supplier agreements for detailed information.
If you are planning to cross borders, you must inform the rental office about this before picking up the vehicle (preferably at least 48 hours in advance). You must also provide the name of the country, state, or island you intend to travel to, so it can be shared with our supplier.
The vehicle you will rent is protected against crashes, theft, and theft attempts. Damages to third parties are also protected within the limits of traffic insurance. There is no damage exemption in the insurance conditions that we apply. However, the costs of damages that are not properly recorded (accident detection report, alcohol report, documents of the parties involved in the accident, etc.) belong exclusively to the user. In the case of undeclared damages, the damage repair process is definitely not carried out with the driver's statement.
• LCF (Tire-Glass-Light) Damage Package: This package covers one of the following damages without limit throughout the rental period, excluding accident situations: damage to tires, glass, or lights. It includes damages like cracks in the glass, a single tire puncture (excluding wheel damage and limited to 1 tire only), or light cracks (excluding bodywork damage).
• Waiver-Free Assurance Package: All vehicles at B2Car have a deductible waiver. During the rental period, damages up to a maximum of 5,000 TL for economy class vehicles and up to 7,500 TL for medium and upper segment vehicles will be charged to the renter, even if there is a police report. If the damage amount is below these figures, the renter pays the full amount. With the waiver-free assurance package, available for a daily fee, the renter avoids paying these amounts.
• Comprehensive Damage Package: This package covers damages that may occur to the rented vehicle up to a maximum of 11,000 TL during the rental period. A report or police statement is required for damages exceeding 11,000 TL. If a report or statement cannot be provided, the damage amount will be charged to the renter. This package includes the Tire-Glass-Light damage package and the waiver-free assurance.
• Premium Damage Package: This package covers damages that may occur to the rented vehicle up to a maximum of 16,000 TL during the rental period. A report or police statement is required for damages exceeding 16,000 TL. If a report or statement cannot be provided, the damage amount will be charged to the renter. This package includes the Tire-Glass-Light damage package and the waiver-free assurance.
The car rental periods are calculated based on a 24-hour period. We provide a 2-hour grace period for our customers at the end of the 24-hour period. There is no additional charge for delays up to 2 hours. However, for delays exceeding 2 hours, the full daily rental rate, along with any other additional services (protection package, child seat, additional driver, etc.), will be charged.
Our customers have the option to return the rented vehicle to a different B2Carlease office during working hours, apart from the pick-up office. However, if the vehicle is dropped off at a different location than the pick-up office, there may be an additional one-way rental fee depending on the pick-up and drop-off offices.
The reserved vehicles are delivered based on compliance with the general rental conditions. If the general rental conditions cannot be met, the reserved vehicle cannot be delivered. Reservations are made with a guarantee on the vehicle group, but there is no guarantee regarding the brand, model, or color of the vehicle.
If the vehicle has excessive garbage, dirt, or other substances that cannot be removed through standard vehicle cleaning, the cost of detailed cleaning will be charged to the renter.
The rented vehicles cannot be driven by anyone other than the renter. However, an additional driver can be added to allow the vehicle to be driven by the designated person. If someone other than the additional driver and the renter operates the vehicle, the renter is fully responsible for any damages or other issues that may arise. This responsibility applies regardless of whether any protection package is purchased.
In the event of early return of the rented vehicle, the refund does not cover the last 3 days.
If there is excessive garbage, dirt, etc., on the exterior and interior of the vehicle that cannot be removed by standard cleaning, the cost of a thorough cleaning will be charged to the renter.
Rented vehicles cannot be used by anyone other than the renter. However, by adding an additional driver, the vehicle can be used by the designated person. In the case of any additional driver or someone other than the renter using the vehicle, the renter is directly and fully responsible for any damages or other incidents that may arise. This is applicable regardless of whether any protection package is purchased.
During the rental period, any traffic fines, fines imposed by any institution, HGS-OGS highway tolls, additional services (winter tires, additional driver, child seat, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid by the renter.

The rented vehicle cannot be used in the following ways:
Transporting passengers or goods for a fee, whether openly or covertly,
Towing or pushing any vehicle or trailer,
Carrying illegal substances or engaging in other unlawful activities contrary to customs regulations and other laws,
By a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or by a driver who is not listed as an additional driver,
Engaging in motor sports activities (racing, speed trials, rallies, endurance and speed tests, etc.),
Overloading the vehicle or carrying goods that exceed the loading capacity,
Using the vehicle in locations and conditions that are not suitable for the purpose of rental, considering the make and model of the vehicle (off-road, mountainous terrain, sand, marshes, riverbeds, etc.) and in locations and roads that are unsuitable for their technical structure and endurance, in other words, under extraordinary and non-traffic conditions.
In any of the following situations, our customers should seek assistance from the traffic police or gendarmerie units:
In bilateral accidents, obtain photocopies or clear visuals of the driver's license, vehicle registration, and traffic insurance policy of the other party/parties involved.
If the driver is underage.
Obtain multiple clear visuals of the accident scene, showing the shape of the accident and the location with the vehicle's license plate visible.
Do not abandon the vehicle without taking sufficient safety precautions.
If there are suspicions of mental instability or alcohol use by the driver.
If the driver is operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license.
If one of the vehicles involved in the accident has an official license plate.
If damage occurs to public property.
If damage occurs to belongings owned by a third party.
If one of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have valid traffic insurance.
If the traffic accident results in death or injury.
If you are unable to come to an agreement with the other driver regarding the accident.
Other rental conditions, other than the titles mentioned above, will be notified to you during the delivery of the car by a representative of the B2carlease company, to be submitted for your signature. Please do not forget to read the document presented to you before receiving the car.
When you pick up your vehicle, the fuel level should be the same as when you return it. Please check the fuel amount when you receive the car. If the fuel is less when you return the vehicle, you will be charged both a refueling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (based on the current market price per liter).
